Questions before you begin?
Getting startedWhat is NextProofs?
An early-stage community for aspiring entrepreneurs, early founders and builders. Discover problems worth solving, propose ideas, find people with complementary skills, and build together. You do not need a company or a finished business plan to start.
Getting startedWhat is Worth Solving?
Worth Solving is for everyday frictions, unmet needs and recurring problems—not finished startup ideas. Describe the problem and who experiences it. You can save a private draft or publish a teaser. ‘I have an idea to solve this’ starts a private idea draft linked to the problem.
Getting startedHow are Save, Bump and Respond different?
Save keeps a post in your private Collections. Bump shows support, once per signed-in member per post, using actual counts. Respond offers skills or interest to the author; it is not a Save, a connection acceptance or a place on a team.
Trust & privacyWhat is public, and what stays confidential?
New idea posts start as private drafts. Publishing shares the teaser fields you approve, not the separate confidential details. Full details are available to the owner, explicitly granted accepted connections, or opted-in project members. Owners can revoke future access; revocation cannot erase a copy someone already saw. Keep sensitive information out of public teaser fields.
Trust & privacyWho can see my Collections?
Collections are owner-only and private by default. Collection sharing is not available. Saving a post does not publish it or give someone access to your confidential details.
Trust & privacyWho can see my profile?
Only visible, completed profiles appear in the signed-in directory. Hidden profiles can still be seen by you, accepted connections, shared project members, or the recipient of your pending connection request. Blocked members are excluded from these member-view paths. Visible profile information—including self-reported skills and certifications—can be read by other signed-in members who have access. Visibility is not a promise of secrecy.
Working togetherHow does collaborator matching work?
Matching looks for complementary skills for the same idea, not people who are most similar to you. Skill-gap coverage is the share of your needed skills a candidate says they bring. Explanations name those skills. Profiles and certifications are self-reported, not verified; coverage is not a guarantee of expertise or a successful partnership. No candidates means no invented matches.
Trust & privacyAre the example pictures research or evidence?
No. AI-generated example covers are illustrations, not research, proof or real project activity. Editorial examples are hypotheses to investigate. A member-selected cover also does not verify the claims in a post; check the actual sources, or treat it as research needed.
Trust & privacyDoes posting protect my idea or create an NDA?
No. Posting does not legally grant intellectual-property rights, establish ownership, or create a non-disclosure agreement. Invite-only access is a product access control, not legal confidentiality. Agree any legal arrangements separately before sharing sensitive information.
Working togetherWhat do Projects do?
Projects are invitation-only home bases for a small collaboration: status, milestone, next step, check-ins and links to tools such as Notion, Figma or GitHub. They do not imply a company or an existing team. Connect with someone first, then invite them. Projects are not a full project-management suite; automatic reminders are not enabled.
Trust & privacyHow do blocking, reports and moderation work?
Use Report on a post to flag concerns for moderation. The app can hide reported posts for review; it does not promise an immediate response or verified content. Blocking prevents connection and messaging paths and excludes blocked members from member discovery. Blocking cannot retract public information or copies already shared. Send confidential details only to people you choose.
Getting startedIs it free? Can I pay for Plus or Pro?
The MVP is free, with no paywalls or payments. Plus at $12/month and Pro at $29/month are indicative ideas only: not built, not offered, and not available to buy. Premium-interest feedback is not a purchase or a waitlist. Bumps and feed ranking are never for sale.
Help
How can I contact support?
A verified support email or contact channel is not configured in this app yet. This automated help searches fixed FAQ answers; it is not a human agent or an AI model. No question or message is sent to staff. Do not enter private idea details, passwords or personal information here. For now, check the FAQ; a direct contact channel still needs to be supplied by the owner.
