What we collect
We store the account details you give us (name and email), the experiences you write, the evidence our analysis extracts from them, your target role, and your Next Proof goals. We do not buy or sell personal data.
Why we collect it
Your experiences exist so we can show what they demonstrate, compare them with the role you want, and recommend what to build next. Aggregate, de-identified usage counts help us understand which parts of the product work.
Who can see your evidence
Your evidence is private to your account by default. Database access rules scope every row to the account that created it. Nothing is shared publicly unless you explicitly create a share link.
AI processing
When you ask for an analysis, the experience description, its title and your target role are sent to our AI provider to produce structured evidence. We do not send your name or email with it, and the text is not used to train third-party models.
Your control
You can edit or delete any experience, export everything as JSON, and delete your account and all associated data from Settings. Deletion is permanent.
