Evidence only
Our analysis reads only the description you wrote. It credits a capability when it can point at a concrete action, method, deliverable or outcome — and it quotes that line back to you verbatim so you can check it.
No inference from labels
Your major, job title, employer name or keyword use never counts as evidence on its own. Anything the description implies but doesn't demonstrate is listed as an assumption we refused to make.
Strength, not scores of you
Strength ratings and Evidence Coverage describe how well your written record covers a role's capabilities. They are not a measure of your ability, intelligence or potential.
You stay in control
You can edit any description and re-run the analysis, disagree with a result, and delete anything. Nothing is published or shared without your action.
Limits
AI analysis can miss context or misjudge emphasis. Treat it as a strong first draft of your evidence, reviewed by you before you rely on it in an application.
